Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with SuitesBooks. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued.

1. Free Trial

Every new SuitesBooks account includes a 7-day free trial. You can cancel at any time during the trial period without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen subscription plan will automatically begin and your payment method will be charged.

2. Subscription Refunds

We offer refunds in the following situations:

• Within 48 hours of first charge: If you are charged for the first time and request a refund within 48 hours, we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
• Technical issues: If a technical problem on our end prevents you from accessing the Service for an extended period, we will issue a pro-rated refund for the affected time.
• Accidental renewal: If you forgot to cancel and were charged for a renewal, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not issued for:

• Partial months or years of unused subscription time after cancellation
• Downgrading from annual to monthly mid-cycle
• Requests made more than 7 days after a renewal charge
• Dissatisfaction with features that were available and working as described

4. Annual Plan Cancellations

If you cancel an annual plan, you retain access to SuitesBooks until the end of your paid period. We do not issue refunds for the remaining months on an annual plan unless the request falls under the exceptions listed above.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@suitesbooks.com with your account email and a brief description of your situation. We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.

6. App Store Purchases

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests must be submitted through those platforms directly, as we do not control billing for in-app purchases. Please contact Apple Support or Google Play Support for assistance.
