SuitesBooks is a financial tracking tool for personal and small business use. You may use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for your own tax filings. SuitesBooks does not provide tax, legal, or accounting advice.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@suitesbooks.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Subscription and Billing
SuitesBooks offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the App Store. Refunds are handled per the App Store refund policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
SuitesBooks is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Tax calculations are estimates based on the data you provide and should not be treated as professional tax advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuitesBooks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any errors in tax calculations or data loss.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@suitesbooks.com.
