SuitesBooks was created by a small team who watched talented stylists, braiders, estheticians, and nail techs stress every April — not because they didn't work hard, but because nobody built financial tools for the way they actually work.

Generic bookkeeping apps weren't designed for booth renters, suite owners, or beauty professionals who get paid in cash, Venmo, and Zelle. Tax software assumes you're a salaried employee. Spreadsheets take hours. We built something different.

SuitesBooks is a mobile-first app that tracks income by client and payment method, captures expenses with a photo, logs mileage automatically, and calculates exactly what you owe in quarterly taxes — in real time, after every payment.
